Voters must provide one of the accepted forms of ID listed above.
Special Circumstances:

Attester Option – Voters with a disability preventing travel may use an attester. The attester must provide their name, ID number (driver’s license, nondriver’s, or tribal ID), and sign the application to confirm the applicant’s residency and eligibility.
Per NDCC § 16.1-07-06, a copy of your ID or supplemental document must be included with your absentee/mail ballot application, if applicable.
